4 Type Apam Balik – 4 种 曼煎糕 (薄)

MCO 都快两个月了~大家一定是很想也是得美食! 今天分享夜市美食之一(曼煎糕 (薄)),

想吃就在家一起和你家人做这食谱吧~这里有4种口味,

材料:

  • 面粉~ 160g
  • 酵母~ 3/4小匙
  • 蘇打粉~半小匙
  • 糖~ 3湯匙
  • 雞蛋~ 1個
  • 椰漿~ 75g
  • 牛奶~ 75g
  • 香草精~半小匙
  • 堿水~ 1小匙

餡料:

  • 花生碎~烤熟
  • 杏仁碎~烤熟
  • 罐頭玉米醬
  • 牛油
  • 鸡丝
  • 罐頭 Tuna (鸡)

做法:

  1. 把所有的材料混合攪拌均勻,待放大約45分鐘
  2. 把烤熟的花生碎和杏仁碎和糖攪拌在一起
  3. 用平底鍋,小火,倒入1杯糊,慢慢散開糊,讓鍋的邊緣也沾上少許糊,關蓋,煮至面糊出現很多的小洞洞
  4. 塗刷上少許牛油,撒上花生糖,加入玉米醬,關蓋,再煮一煮
  5. 用抹到在鍋的邊緣刮一刮,將面餅刮起折對半,看見面餅褐黃色的即可

Ingredients:

  • Flour ~ 160g
  • Yeast powder ~ 3/4 tsp
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar ~ 3 tbs
  • Egg ~ 1
  • Coconut milk ~ 75ml
  • Milk ~ 75ml
  • Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
  • alkaline water ~ 1 tsp
  • Ground peanuts
  • Sugar
  • Corn sauce
  • Butter
  • Oreo
  • Chili Chicken Tuna
  • Chicken Floss

 

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients, let rest about 45 minutes
  2. Mix the roasted peanuts, almonds and sugar together
  3. Pour 1 cup of batter on frying pan with small fire, slowly spread the batter, cover the edge of the pan  with a little batter, close the lid and cook until you see small holes in the batter
  4. Brush with a little butter, sprinkle with peanut sugar, add corn sauce, close the lid and cook again
  5. Scrape the edge of the batter and fold it in half, brown colour means its done
