4 Types of Chinese Dumplings – 4款传统中式饺子, 饺子是华人的传统美食之一,

但是 时常吃同一个口味的饺子 应该会很闷吧~
小编今天就跟你们介绍四种不同口味的饺子内陷,
而且 烹调的方式还是有别于一般的水煮/蒸哦!
材料:
- 高丽菜 4-5片
- 韭菜 1 lbs
- 香菜 1 lbs
- 泡菜 1 杯
- 猪肉碎 500 gram
- 酱清 5 tbsp
- 薯粉 4 tsp
- 饺子皮
- 清水
- 菜籽油 1 tbsp
- 薯粉水 2杯
做法:
- 分别把高丽菜、韭菜、香菜和泡菜切碎。
- 把猪肉碎放入碗中,加入2 tsp薯粉和2tbsp酱清搅拌均匀。
(酱清可依据个人口味加多或减少) - 把处理好的猪肉碎平均分成4个小碗,分别加入已切好的
高丽菜、韭菜、香菜和泡菜,搅拌均匀。 - 接着,往手掌心和桌子上撒上适量的薯粉,开始包饺子。
(包饺子时,在饺子皮的边缘沾上一点点的清水,这样饺子皮才能合起来。) - 热锅烧油,往锅里加入1tbsp的油,把饺子放入锅中,依次序排列。
接着,加入2杯薯粉水。以中火煮至水分蒸发,饺子熟透即可。
Ingredients:
- Cabbage 4 – 5 pieces
- Chinese Chives 1 lbs
- Coriander 1 lbs
- Kimchi 1 cup
- Minced Pork 500 gram
- Tapioca starch 4 tsp
- Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Dumpling Wraps
- Water
- Cooking Oil 1 tbsp
- Tapioca Starch Water 2 cups
Method:
- Finely chop the cabbage, chives, coriander and Kimchi separately.
- Put the minced pork into a large bowl, mix it with 2 tsp tapioca starch and 2 tbsp soy sauce.
- Divide the minced pork into 4 small bowls, then put each of the chopped vegetable
(cabbage, chinese chive, coriander and kimchi) into each small bowl and mix it. - Dust the working surface with 2 tsp tapioca starch and start to wrap the dumpling.
*Dab a little water with your finger and circle around the edge of the skin,
and then fold and pleat the dumpling accordingly. Repeat the same for the rest* - Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
Place the dumpling in the skillet and arrange accordingly,
then pour 2 cups of tapioca starch water mixture into the pan.
*Remember turn the heat to medium heat. - Cook until the water is evaporated and dumplings are cooked through, and serve.
