Avocado Fried Rice 牛油果炒饭
一款超简易又开胃的食谱 一定要学起来!
青青的牛油果 搭配鲜艳的胡萝卜和金黄的玉米;鸡蛋
还没吃就已经觉得很开胃了!
尤其是拿来哄小孩子,小编肯定他们吃得津津有味!
材料:
- 菜籽油 2 tbsp
- 鸡蛋 3粒
- 培根 4片
- 蒜米(碎) 1 tbsp
- 胡萝卜(粒状) ½ 杯
- 白米饭 4人份
- 酱清 2 tbsp
- 玉米粒 ½ 碗
- 牛油果 2粒
做法:
- 首先,把所需的食材准备好好。
(白米饭记得前一晚煮好 / 放置3个小时或以上)。
食材的分量可以根据自己的喜好加多/或减少。 - 热锅烧油,把鸡蛋炒碎,盛起备用。
接着往锅里倒入培根,炒至金黄色,捞起备用。
(注意:炒培根时,不需要加入菜籽油。) - 锅里还剩下培根的油脂,用培根的油脂把蒜米和胡萝卜一起炒香。
然后,倒入白米饭,让白米饭均匀受热。 - 接着,依次序地加入酱清、已炒香的培根、玉米、和碎鸡蛋,以中小火炒均匀。
(千万不能用大火哦,要不然很容易糊底)。 - 最后,加入已切好的牛油果,炒至均匀即可食用。
- 吃之前可以撒上适量的葱花。




Ingredients:
- Cooking Oil 2 tbsp
- Egg 3 nos
- Bacon 4 slices
- Minced Garlic 1 tbsp
- Diced Carrots ½ cup
- Steamed Rice 4 servings
- Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Corn ½ bowl
- Avocado 2 pcs
Method:
- Prepare all the ingredients mentioned above.
Chop the bacon, garlic, carrot, crack eggs and prepare the steamed rice.
(Cook the rice at least a day ahead / leave the steamed rice for 3 hours). - Add cooking into the frying pan, fried scramble egg and bacon separately, and place aside.
- Stir fry minced garlic and diced carrot using the bacon oil.
Place the steamed rice into the frying pan and stir until the rice is warm. - Then add in the soy sauce, bacon, corn and scramble egg.
- Lastly, add in the diced avocado and stir until everything mix well and serve.
