食材:

  • 芋头 200g
  • 紫薯 50g
  • 牛油 10g
  • 炼奶 50g
  • 鲜奶100g
  • 鲜奶油霜 50g
  • 油 5g
  • 鸡蛋 3粒
  • 培根 3条
  • 牛油 5g
  • 面包 2片

步骤:

  1. 把芋头和紫薯洗净、切块、蒸25分钟至熟透。
  2. 把熟透的芋头和紫薯放入更大的碗。
  3. 加入牛油、炼奶搅拌至泥状。
  4. 加入鲜奶、鲜奶油霜搅拌均匀
  5. 热锅烧油,倒入蛋液,煎至熟透盛出备用;把培根煎至两面金黄,盛出备用;
    把面包煎至两面金黄,盛出备用即可。
  6. 开始制作三文治:把芋泥、肉松、培根、鸡蛋依次序铺在面包上即可。

Ingredients:

  • taro 200g
  • purple sweet potatoes 50g
  • butter 10g
  • condensed milk 50g
  • milk 100g
  • whipped cream 50g
  • oil 5g
  • egg 3nos
  • bacon 3slices
  • butter 5g
  • bread 2 slices

Steps:

  1. Peel the skin off the sweet potatoes and yam,
    cut it into cubes and steam for 25 minutes.
  2. Transfer the steamed sweet potatoes and yam into a bigger bowl.
  3. Add butter and condensed milk into the bowl and mashing sweet potatoes and yam.
  4. After that, add milk and whipped cream into the big bowl and stir thoroughly, place aside.
  5. Then, make a pan fried a scrambled egg;
    cook three slices bacon until browned on both sides;
    cook 2 slices of bread until browned on both sides as well.
  6. Now, start to make the perfect sandwich by placing the yam spread,
    chicken floss, bacon and egg on the bread accordingly.
