食材:
- 芋头 200g
- 紫薯 50g
- 牛油 10g
- 炼奶 50g
- 鲜奶100g
- 鲜奶油霜 50g
- 油 5g
- 鸡蛋 3粒
- 培根 3条
- 牛油 5g
- 面包 2片
步骤:
- 把芋头和紫薯洗净、切块、蒸25分钟至熟透。
- 把熟透的芋头和紫薯放入更大的碗。
- 加入牛油、炼奶搅拌至泥状。
- 加入鲜奶、鲜奶油霜搅拌均匀
- 热锅烧油,倒入蛋液,煎至熟透盛出备用;把培根煎至两面金黄,盛出备用;
把面包煎至两面金黄,盛出备用即可。 - 开始制作三文治:把芋泥、肉松、培根、鸡蛋依次序铺在面包上即可。





Ingredients:

- condensed milk 50g
- milk 100g
- whipped cream 50g
- oil 5g
- egg 3nos
- bacon 3slices
- butter 5g
- bread 2 slices
Steps:
- Peel the skin off the sweet potatoes and yam,
cut it into cubes and steam for 25 minutes. - Transfer the steamed sweet potatoes and yam into a bigger bowl.
- Add butter and condensed milk into the bowl and mashing sweet potatoes and yam.
- After that, add milk and whipped cream into the big bowl and stir thoroughly, place aside.
- Then, make a pan fried a scrambled egg;
cook three slices bacon until browned on both sides;
cook 2 slices of bread until browned on both sides as well. - Now, start to make the perfect sandwich by placing the yam spread,
chicken floss, bacon and egg on the bread accordingly.
