食材:
- 芋头 550g
- Sago 100g
- 椰浆 400g
- 水 80ml
- 糖25g
步骤:
- 把550g芋头洗净、切块、蒸25分钟至熟透。
- 把一锅清水烧开,加入西米露。中火边煮边搅拌,
约10分钟至西米半透明关火焖15分钟完全透明,过冷水,把粘液冲洗干净备用。 - 把500g熟透的芋头,椰浆和清水倒入搅拌机内,搅拌至滑顺。
- 把搅拌均匀的液体倒入锅内,把另外的50g芋头一并倒入锅内,
煮至沸腾。 - 接着,放入适量的糖和熟透的西米,煮多一分钟即可。
Ingredients:
- taro 550g
- sago 100g
- coconut milk 400g
- water 800 ml
- sugar 25g
Steps:
- Peel the skin off the yam, cut it into cubes and steam for 25 minutes.
- In a saucepan with a lid, bring 4 cups of water to a boil, and stir in the sago.
Reduce heat to a simmer, and cook the tapioca until pearls begin to soften,
about 10 minutes. Cover the pan, and let the tapioca pearls stand 15 minutes,
until the centers are clear. - Gently drain the excess water, and pour it into a bowl of cold water, place aside.
- Then, put 500g of steamed yam, coconut milk, and water into the blender
and blend until smooth. - Pour the mixture and another 50g of steamed yam into a saucepan, boil it.
- After that, add in sugar, cooked sago, boil it and serve.
